NBAM

NBAM (November 2020 - September 2021)

 

For just under a year, I served as a UX/UI Designer on the NBAM (National Broadband Availability Map) project for NTIA (National Telecommunications and Information Administration).  

 

Duties included: 

• Conducting a full UX review of the applications 

• Working with GIS developers to apply user centered design to the applications

• Gathering requirements and feedback from interviews with end users

• Compiling user personas based on user feedback 

• Maintaining communication with government stakeholders 

• Creating user help and training materials

• Agile Methodology

• Figma

• Sketch 

• ESRI Environments 

• Camtasia Video Editing Software
