My name’s Ripleigh... believe it or not! A little about me: I’m a Senior UX Designer with 6+ years of experience designing digital products across healthcare and federal organizations that simplify complexity and put users first. I lead with empathy, curiosity, and a strong belief that the best design decisions come from truly understanding the people behind the screen.

Technology is ever changing but one thing remains consistent - the user. In a world full of innovation and emerging AI, I strive to be the real human user's advocate and deliver something meaningful.​ 

 

The best design isn't measured by how advanced the technology is but by how well it fits into your life.  Every work of mine begins by understanding someone and ends with experiences that feel instinctive, accessible, and genuinely useful because the best products are not just built around technology - they're built around real people.
