It has been my pleasure to work with Ripleigh for the past four years, during which she has supported two UX teams developing highly complex systems for Navy planners to determine staffing requirements for ships, aviation activities, and land-based components. She brings a great combination of creativity, attention to detail, and practical thinking to her work.

She engages effectively with stakeholders at all levels, asks good questions, and translates complex requirements and workflows into thoughtful, practical designs. She is receptive to feedback and genuinely collaborative, both offering and receiving it with the goal of making our products - and everyone on the team - better.   Her UX design work is compelling and creative, while successfully incorporating Section 508 accessibility requirements without compromising the overall user experience.

Her adaptability throughout the discovery process has continued to yield top-notch work, to the delight of our client. She is highly adaptable, readily incorporating new requirements, evidence, and user insights to continually strengthen her designs.
